3. How We Collect Data

4. How We Use Data

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we typically rely on:

6. Sharing and Processors

We may share personal data with service providers that help us operate the Services, including cloud hosting, authentication, diagnostics, and mapping providers. Current examples include Microsoft (identity and cloud), Sentry (crash/error monitoring), and Google mapping services.

We do not sell personal data for money. If local law treats certain disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing" for advertising purposes, you can contact us to request review.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, operate the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Some mobile cache data is automatically removed after short operational periods (for example, approximately 7 days for specific local caches), while server-side operational telemetry retention may be longer based on current infrastructure and support needs.

We are evaluating stricter retention controls as part of future platform updates.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of your data.

At this time, deletion requests are handled through support. To submit a request, email info.pitbrain@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing privacy requests.

For account deletion instructions, visit Delete Your Pitbrain Account.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Services are not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
