This Privacy Policy explains how Brotech Consulting AB ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Pitbrain mobile application and related web services (collectively, the "Services").

Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, operate the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Some mobile cache data is automatically removed after short operational periods (for example, approximately 7 days for specific local caches), while server-side operational telemetry retention may be longer based on current infrastructure and support needs.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of your data.
At this time, deletion requests are handled through support. To submit a request, email info.pitbrain@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing privacy requests.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
